Captree Island is on the eastern end of Jones Beach overlooking the Fire Island Inlet and Fire Island. The island can be accessed via boats, the Robert Moses Causeway overhead. Capture also hosts a 340-acre state park. Many charter boats originate here and are available for fishing excursions.
